Just returned from the Feria in Nîmes where we saw a corrida with Enrique Ponce (my favorite bullfighter), Javier Conde, and José Maria Manzanares. The bulls were maybe not the best (from Garcia Jimenez - I mean, come on!) but Ponce still rocked the area. I wonder if he style isn't being influenced by some of the younger guys out there. Still, he was awarded two ears and the tail!
